Rusty Weston is an award-winning journalist and researcher with 20 years of business technology experience. Rusty Weston has worked with CMP for the past decade in research, online, editorial management and events roles. In his career at CMP Weston was the founding editor of a number of new products, most recently Global Services magazine, the product of a JV between CMP in New York and Cybermedia in New Delhi. In that role Weston managed a team of reporters, magazine and online production specialists who collaborated to produce a monthly magazine, website, newsletter and events. In 2004 Weston founded Managing Offshore, a newsletter for managers in engaged in global sourcing or business or technology services.

Weston’s CMP experience includes eight years at InformationWeek magazine directing research projects such as the InformationWeek 500, and the Global Information Security Study among many others. For three years Weston edited InformationWeek.com, which under his direction received the Jesse Neal Award, one of the nation's most prestigious journalism honors. Bryan Mekechuk is a Managing Director with neoIT where he specializes in helping clients through all aspects of the outsourcing lifecycle. Bryan has more than 20 years of experience, and has spent the past 15 years advising companies in customer service, marketing, finance, and general management. He is a Chartered Accountant in Canada (1986) with domain expertise in customer-facing processes and finance and accounting processes, including the associated outsourcing of such processes. He developed his expertise in customer-facing processes through reviewing, advising and working on solutions with more than 50 contact centers across 6 industries in 8 countries. Bryan’s industry knowledge includes Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Telecommunications, Software and High Technology.

Ross Tisnovsky

Ross Tisnovsky has over a decade of management experience, specializing in technology strategy and IT-enabled business performance improvement.  He has developed market strategies for clients in the high tech industry and led multiple efforts in transformation of internal IT functions and IT-enabled business process improvements at Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining the Institute, Ross was a Project Executive in the Enterprise Transformation group at IBM headquarters. He led internal cross-functional teams on several strategic business transformation efforts within IBM.  Additionally, Ross served as a Consultant and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company for 5 years, working jointly with clients’ executive management teams to develop and spearhead complex business and IT improvement programs. Ross has garnered relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, financial, insurance, and electronics industries, among others.

Ross started his career with successful progression through several positions in technical sales for IBM in Ukraine, Africa (being responsible for business in more than 20 African countries) and the US, achieving significant revenue growth in short periods of time.

Ross’ strength in research stems from in depth understanding of technology from the point of view of key market constituents, i.e., business users of IT services and technology providers, along with knowledge of fundamentals of high tech products, various technologies and the industry trends.
