Institutional Investor named him one of the "50 Most Influential People" in addition to Time Magazine who named him "Fifty Most Influential People Shaping Technology". Before founding Gomez, Inc., Julio was a capital markets executive for 11+ years. He was a trader and in institutional sales with HSBC, Security Pacific and Bank of Boston. Julio also founded and ran his own brokerage firm specializing in state and local bond issues. Julio has extensive experience as both a practitioner in capital markets as well as a market researcher covering the industry.



Deborah Golden

Deborah Golden is a Principal in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Security & Privacy Services practice, where her understanding of ERP technology, internal controls, business applications and information protection can assist clients in integrating the management, authentication, and authorization of their disparate identities into underlying networks, applications, and operating systems. Deborah has over thirteen years of information technology, security, and consulting experience encompassing various industries, including: Technology, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Financial Services, and Media & Publishing. Deborah continues to leverage her knowledge in these areas to expand upon Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Identity & Access Management practice and overall service offerings to include new and dynamic approaches to an ever-evolving marketplace.



Dave DeCamp

Dave DeCamp has served since July 2006 as the Chief Solution Architect for CA’s Americas Financial Services Vertical Group. Dave’s primary responsibilities are to apply his extensive experience in financial services business and technology issues to the design, validation, development, and delivery of targeted solutions for financial entities that consist of CA products, services, and partnerships - across all CA product lines and business units. Dave has also developed CA’s Financial Services Enterprise Architecture reference model and a vertically targeted version of CA’s Enterprise IT Management (EITM) strategy. He sits on the Financial Services Technology Consortium (FSTC) Enterprise Architecture and Security Standing Committees. Dave is also responsible for establishing thought leadership for CA’s solutions in the financial services and analyst communities, and has authored or contributed to a number of whitepapers in the areas of end-to-end financial transaction management and security for the extended financial enterprise.
